Contact support

Write to info@photarch.com or use the contact form. Say which app and version you use, what you did, and what happened instead; a screenshot helps.

In the PHOTARCH app, Help › Report a Problem… writes a report with the details we need about the computer and what the app was doing. It shows the report in full and opens it in your own mail program; nothing leaves the Mac until you send it.

Using the apps

The manual describes the PHOTARCH app and PHOTARCH for iPhone step by step. What the method asks of camera, light and board is in Technical requirements.

PHOTARCH for iPhone

PHOTARCH for iPhone photographs into the PHOTARCH app. It sends each picture straight to the Mac over the local network or a cable. If the phone cannot find the Mac, check that both are on the same network, that the PHOTARCH app is open, and that the iPhone app is allowed to use the local network in the iPhone’s Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network.

Licences, purchases and refunds

A licence is tied to your PHOTARCH account; sign in with the same account in the app to unlock it. A licence bought by card is sold by Link (Stripe), which sends the receipt. Refunds are described in the Refunds & Cancellation policy, and the licence terms in the Terms & Conditions.

Your account and your data

You can delete your account yourself on Delete Account, which both apps also open from their account settings. An organisation’s account is deleted on request from the same page. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
